本隐私政策说明H3（“我们”）在您使用本网站或与我们联系时，如何依据马来西亚《2010年个人资料保护法令》（“PDPA”）收集、使用与保护个人资料。依照PDPA，本通知也以英文与马来文提供（见下方）。

This Privacy Policy explains how H3 ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data when you use this website or contact us, in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 ("PDPA").
1. Personal data we collect
- Details you submit through our forms: name, company, phone/WhatsApp number, email address, website address, service interest, budget range and your message.
- Technical data such as IP address, browser, device, pages visited and the campaign (UTM) that brought you here, collected through cookies and analytics tools.
- Records of communication when you email or message us.
2. Why we collect it
- To respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations and deliver services you request.
- To send updates or marketing messages, only where you have agreed.
- To measure and improve our website, advertising and services.
- To comply with legal and accounting obligations.
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We may share it with service providers who help us run our business (for example email, CRM, analytics, advertising platforms and cloud hosting), under appropriate confidentiality obligations, and with authorities where the law requires.
